Click here for commentsI have been a customer for over 25 years. I have not been able to bet in a shop due to covid restrictions for the last two years. I went in my usual shop and I cannot get best odds guarantee because my best odds card is out of date. Even though I can give my name, address, email address. D.O.B. and phone number several times. The shop assistant tried several times to tell those he was dealing with that it was the same man as 2 years ago.
Apparently I have now to email a photo of my passport and its details because I no longer have a driving license due epilepsy and my driving license had to be handed into the police.
Ladbrokes seems to be paralysed by its own rules and management who haven't got a clue. The shop staff tries several times to deal with those on the phone but were constantly being changed from one operative to another, all to provide a grid card. Ladbrokes doesn't deserve to survive and if this morning was an example it won't last much longer.
